Mostly Clouds (多雲)

Typhoon Nida is gone but not the rain clouds.

But at least the rains have stopped. So it's time to get moving.

rabbit and flowers at IFC.

The city looks overcast

but not everywhere

There's mist everywhere still and even showers.

workers unloading ice-creams at the the ferry pier

A corner of the sky from the roadside congee stall

The rain has finally stopped.

but left its track on chairs on the pavement outside a pizza restaurant

buoys, lines and reflections

The flowers certainly don 't mind the slight drizzle

Nor do leaves

Oil is too precious to be wasted!

Ah, my destination in sight

closer now

A honey-combed monument at the cliff

More reflections

It's getting dark

Time for some coffee

Time to go

the island looks a bit unreal

dusk is drawing near

The clouds seem thicker and thicker

But still some bright spots in the distance

some clouds are leaving

There's even a bit of sunlight

over some parts of the sky.

The sea looks calm

But here and there, some clouds are trying to stage a come-back

The sky is split in two

clouds over the hill top

clouds oozing from one valley to the next

we 're moving away from the sunlight

Hong Kong looks a bit like one of Turner's paintings

with its greys and yellows

The IFC in the distance

Maybe everything looks better from a distance?

But would everything actually "be" what it "appears to be"?
