Without light, we'll see little or nothing
Even a little light is better than nothing.
Light confers color
and hues
breaks monotony
reveals texture.
and shapes
simple or complex
even though just sihhouettes
Without light, even water becomes lifeless
Once it's there, somehow everything seems instantly more interesting
Who wants the sky to be like this all the time?
Who wants the sky to be like this all the time?
Could that be why so many of us look upon light as as the symbol of hope
and of life itself?
