Sense of Spring (春天的感覺)

The weather may still be cold. But at certain hours of the day, one seems to feel some intimations of spring.

 New buds have emerged.

Even before the old leaves have completely withered and their berries have dropped to the ground, new ones are already well past budding

Wild mushrooms have not been slow in taking advantage of the recent drizzles

Here and there, one may find tiny clusters of emerging flower buds

Some have even started to bloom

Despite some casualties, others are in full bloom

including these tiny flowers at the base of the branches.
